Problems Regarding Printing in Latest Microsoft Edge Update (Version 126.0.2592.61)

After updating to the most recent version of Microsoft Edge, which is Version 126.0.2592.61 (Official build) (64-bit), I’ve encountered some issues with the print functionality:

At times, the image will appear when printing, while other times it won't. There are instances where only half of the page gets printed. Even after attempting to print the same screen multiple times without any changes, I get different results each time. My assumption is that there might be a problem with either CSS floats or the print show/hide image option in this latest version.

Has anyone else faced similar issues? If so, have you found any fixes or workarounds?

Answer №1

After some testing, I have successfully replicated the issue that arises when attempting to print a webpage after scrolling.

Upon notifying Microsoft about this issue, they have acknowledged it and are currently in the process of investigating. It is believed that Edge will address and rectify this problem in an upcoming version release. In the meantime, we will need to patiently await the new release.

In order to bypass this issue for now, try printing the webpage without engaging in any scrolling activities.
