Enhancing the image by zooming in with overlapping elements on top of the background photo

I'm facing an issue with a form I created that has a background image with input elements placed over it. The problem arises when zooming in or out on the page using Chrome, as the elements tend to move away from their original position on the background. Surprisingly, this behavior does not occur in Internet Explorer versions 8, 9, and 10. Additionally, I've noticed that only the checkboxes seem to be affected, while the textboxes remain unaffected.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!
