Creating a personalized navbar design using Bootstrap

I'm attempting to build a navbar using bootstrap 4:

However, I am uncertain of how to achieve this :/, can anyone offer any advice?! I am specifically interested in the lines on the left and right of the navbar, as well as the image centered in the middle. I want the other links positioned to the right and left of the image.
Any input is greatly appreciated ♥.

If you're looking to add a decorative line on both sides of your text, you can achieve this effect by using the strike class as shown in the code snippet below:

/* strike: text inside a line */
.strike {
    display: block;
    text-align: center;
    overflow: hidden;
    white-space: nowrap;
}

.strike > span {
    position: relative;
    display: inline-block;
}

.strike > span:before,
.strike > span:after {
    content: "";
    position: absolute;
    top: 50%;
    width: 9999px;
    height: 1px;
    background: #d8d8d8;
}

.strike > span:before {
    right: 100%;
    margin-right: 8px;
}

.strike > span:after {
    left: 100%;
    margin-left: 8px;
}

<div class="row">
  <div class="col-4">
    <div class="strike">
        <span>some text1</span>
    </div>
  </div>
  <div class="col-4">
    <div class="strike">
        <span>some text2</span>
    </div>
  </div>
  <div class="col-4">
    <div class="strike">
        <span>some text3</span>
    </div>
  </div>
</div>
