When it comes to social media platforms like Google+ and Twitter, I can't provide an answer. However, for Facebook, using the "facebook sharer" is not recommended.
To achieve this, you would need to utilize the deprecated "facebook sharer," which is no longer supported as indicated here:
The Share button has been deprecated in favor of the Like button, and
will no longer be supported. Please use the Like button whenever
possible to drive maximum traffic to your apps.
Further information can be found here:
What happened to the old Share button?
We deprecated the Share Button when we launched the Like button,
because the Like button improves clickthrough rates by allowing users
to connect with one click, and by allowing them to see which of their
friends have already connected.
Instead of the Share button, it is advisable to use the Like or Send buttons. However, customization options are limited and may not meet your exact preferences.
