Unique Vertical Layout Customization with Bootstrap

I'm attempting to create a vertical row layout with Bootstrap, but I am encountering an issue where adjusting the height causes one of the columns to get pushed down and out of its intended position on the page. To provide more clarity, I have prepared a quick example showcasing my goal. I am curious if achieving this layout is feasible using solely Bootstrap or if it would require custom CSS modifications.
