Tips for correctly center aligning a Div element

I'm facing some challenges with properly centering my website

It appears to be centered when I zoom out. However, for users who don't zoom out, it looks misplaced. Do you have any suggestions? The site was built using all AP divs and even with attempts to use the following code, it still doesn't center correctly:
