Something seems off with Chrome

I am facing a unique issue that I need help with. Unfortunately, the code is too long to post here but essentially it involves creating a menu for a website.

The menu works perfectly and looks great on all browsers except for Chrome. This is unusual as Chrome is usually very reliable.

If you view the page on Mozilla, Opera, or IE, the top navigation should appear fine. However, when viewing it on Chrome, there seems to be an issue. Oddly enough, this issue only occurs the first time the page is loaded. Upon refreshing the page, it displays correctly. But if you close the browser window and reopen it, the problem resurfaces until another refresh.

I have exhausted all my ideas - does anyone have any insight into why this might be happening?

Here is a screenshot:

Answer №1

One possible solution is to include the CSS property position:absolute.
