Setting up a footer on a mobile website: the ultimate guide

After setting the footer on my mobile site, I encountered an issue where it would scroll with the page initially but then get fixed at the bottom position. This problem seems to occur on some phones while others work fine.

I have included a screenshot for your reference.

Answer №1

To keep your footer at the bottom of the page, apply the following CSS:

position: fixed;
bottom: 0;
left: 0;

You can also specify a width for the footer if needed.
