Issue with IE7 causing rollover navigation blocks to disappear when hovering over content

While conducting browser testing on the website

The website's top navigation menu includes rollover effects for building services, exterior services, and commercial categories. The CSS-triggered navigation works seamlessly in all browsers except for IE7. In IE7, when the mouse pointer moves past the second link, the navigation disappears unexpectedly. Despite setting all z-indexes appropriately and even after removing additional content, the issue persists.

If you have any suggestions or ideas to resolve this problem, please share them. Thank you!

Answer №1

Modify the following code:

#masthead nav ul #nav-service ul li
{
    text-align:left !important;
    float:none !important;
}

to this:

#masthead nav ul #nav-service ul li
{
    text-align:left !important;
    clear:both;
    width:100%;
}

Then test to see if that resolves the issue.
