I'm wondering, what is the name of this, and how can I recreate it using CSS?

Apologies for the lackluster title, but I'm completely stumped on what to name my creation.

I'm looking to put together a list of links (or a menu, without any drop-downs) that has a unique appearance:

This example isn't the most attractive, but I'm aiming for each box to have arrows and appear connected while still being separate elements. I believe this style has a specific name, can anyone point me in the right direction? It would really assist me in my search for assistance.

I want to use CSS exclusively to create these elements, and though I've found some guidance on a site like , I can't quite put it all together for the menu.

Any kind of help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Our team used to refer to it as "trail markers with arrow boxes," but feel free to call it whatever you like. There isn't a standard name for it.
