Every time I try to build a web application using 'yo webapp', I encounter a 404 Error.

I encountered a similar problem while working with an alpha build of sass. Switching to version 3.2.12 resolved the issue and eliminated any 404 errors.
The .tmp folder was located separately from the main app directory.
