As the text within it expands, the background image evolves

My objective is to insert text into the image displayed below and have the middle section of the image expand based on the length of the text. I am aware that one approach is to crop the top, a small part of the middle, and the bottom sections of the image and repeat the middle part multiple times. I would appreciate any guidance on how to achieve this or recommendations for a better solution. Thank you in advance.

One option is to use the image as the background of the div and apply "background-size: cover". This way, the image will expand to fit the div as it enlarges.
