Adjust website layout for screens less than 320px in width

Struggling to complete my project and having trouble figuring out how to scale my website for screens smaller than 320px, even though they are rare.

I admire the solution used by Apple where the website freezes and scales down while maintaining its original design. Any suggestions on how to replicate this effect? I haven't found an easy solution yet. (To see what I mean: visit apple.com > inspect element to view their "MobileS" size for screens under 320px)

Thank you

For optimal responsiveness, consider utilizing units like vh and vw which are based on the screen's width and height. Meanwhile, em can be used for font sizes.

Explore vh, vw, and em measurements along with incorporating max-width/height CSS properties for a more dynamic layout.
