Answer №1

Employ

visibility:hidden

for non-active elements and

visibility:visible

for active ones

Answer №2

Oops! I mistakenly believed that I had upgraded foundation, but it seems there was a problem with my rubygems environment paths.

Upon truly upgrading to version 4.3.1, the problem has disappeared completely.
