What is the best way to design a div element to resemble a mobile-friendly product catalog?

Currently, I am developing a website with a mobile catalog feature. My goal is to create a design similar to popular companies such as Best Buy and Target (refer to the image below). While I believe they utilize a div element for this layout, I would like confirmation.
