Ways to have links open in designated div

Hey there, I know I asked this on my previous question but I'm having trouble explaining myself.

So, using flexi CSS, I created a template for my website with a DIV Class....

When you look at the picture I provided, what I mean is that I want the link to open only in the main column. Currently, when I click on the link, the entire page changes, but I want only the main page to change. I want the link to open in the class='row_6 cssLI PageLayout28_row_6_design' Can someone please help me out?
