I am experiencing an issue where certain text on a webpage is not showing up when viewed. After inspecting the page using Chrome developer tools, I can see that the data is present in the code but still not visible on the screen. Could this be occurring due to conflicting CSS styles?
Any suggestions or tips for troubleshooting? The website was created using Wordpress.
A certain CSS class is applying a display: none !important style, preventing the text from being visible.
To reveal the title, you need to remove the following code:
.single-senators .content article .entry-title, .single-mp .content article .entry-title, .single-districts .content article .entry-title { display: none !important; }
Your CSS currently has a rule of display: none !important for the content. By removing this rule, the text will become visible. Although it may not display as intended (the image may not show in the left column as expected based on its class left-col), you can start making adjustments from there.
