Triple-decker Angular Table CSS Layout

Please take a look at the code below, it is currently working properly.

<div ng-repeat="download in productDownloads"
class="container">
<div class="row">
<div class="cell">
<strong>{{download.productName}}</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div ng-repeat="release in download.productReleasesList">
<div class="row">
<div class="cell">
{{release.downloadName}}
</div>

</div>
<div ng-repeat="downloadDetail in release.downloadDetailList">
<div class="row">
<div class="cell">{{downloadDetail.downloadName}}</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>

The output is displayed in 3 separate lines without any CSS.

I am looking to format it as a tree or table with nested rows.

Answer №1

Make sure to close the first row before you open the nested ones. Take a look at this revised code:

<div ng-repeat="download in productDownloads"
    class="container">
    <div class="row">
        <div class="cell">
            <strong>{{download.productName}}</strong>
        </div>
    </div>
    <div ng-repeat="release in download.productReleasesList">
        <div class="row">
            <div class="cell">
                {{release.downloadName}}
            </div>
        </div>
        <div ng-repeat="downloadDetail in release.downloadDetailList">
            <div class="row">
                <div class="cell">{{downloadDetail.downloadName}}</div>
            </div>
        </div>
    </div>
</div>
