There are two div sections on a page, with one positioned on the left and the other on the right. The div on the right contains multiple dynamically generated tags which necessitate a horizontal scroll bar (overflow:auto). This causes the div's height to exceed the visible page, resulting in a vertical scroll bar at the right side of the screen. Users must scroll all the way to the bottom of the page in order to access the horizontal scroll bar. What I'm looking for is a solution that will keep the horizontal scroll bar floating at the bottom of the SCREEN regardless of page position, ensuring users always have easy access.
