Struggling to Achieve Consistent Design Across Different Browsers When Styling a Calendar

My webpage has a calendar that retrieves data from the server using Jquery.

Interestingly, the calendar looks perfect on Google Chrome but falls apart on Firefox. I can't seem to style it to make it look consistent across different browsers like in Chrome.

If you open this link in Chrome and then in Firefox or any Internet Explorer browser, you will see what I mean.

Answer №1

In the file profile.css, there is a style defined as display: block for elements with the class special-event, causing the table cells with that class to lose their original behavior.

It seems like you may have intended to write something like .special event a instead, which would align better with the other selectors in that rule.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure why Chrome is interpreting this rule differently.
