Redirecting a CSS link on a website

I have a webpage with a "read more" option that redirects to the About Us page. When I click on "read more", the About Us page opens at the top, but I want it to redirect to the bottom of the About Us page. How can I achieve this?

Answer №1

I'm having a bit of difficulty grasping the concept of your inquiry, but I believe what you're looking for is as follows:

To change the Read More link to

<a href="about.html#end">Read More</a>

Next, include an anchor on the About Us page:

<h1>Top portion</h1>
<p>Some details</p>
<p>Some details</p>
<a name="end">
    <h1>Bottom section</h1>
</a>
<p>Additional information</p>
