My website is being cut off

After creating this website with a viewport setup, I noticed that it is not fully visible on certain screens. When viewed on a CRT monitor at 800x600 desktop resolution or lower than 1280x800, such as on mobile devices, the content gets clipped. Is there a way to prevent this clipping or at least allow horizontal scrolling without the content being cut off? It seems like the issue might be related to the site's wrapper. Any suggestions for a solution?

I hope I have addressed the concern correctly.

The issue lies within the CSS styling. Currently, you have the following:

.page-wrapper {
    width: 80%;
}
#page {
    width: 1100px;
}

As a result, content may be cutoff when the window size is less than 1100px and 80% of it.

To quickly resolve this problem, you can try:

.page-wrapper {
    width: 80%;
    min-width: 1100px;
}
#page {
    width: 1100px;
}

An alternative solution would be to adjust the width of your #page div or set it to 100%, but in that case, you will also need to make changes to the inner columns.
