Looking for assistance in minimizing the gap between the banner and content on my Weebly website

Currently, I am utilizing Weebly templates and working with the CSS files for my website located at www.zxentest.weebly.com.

I am seeking assistance in reducing the space between the yellow banner and the faint line on either side, as well as decreasing the gap above the main text. Despite my efforts to adjust the margins and padding surrounding the main body and banner by setting them to 0px in the CSS file, I have not been successful. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Upon revisiting the question, it appears that your goal is to eliminate the margin-bottom and reduce the size of the padding-bottom in order to adjust the proximity of the text to your banner.
