Error: Bootstrap/CSS not functioning properly on IE and ED browsers

Currently, I am tackling a web application project, and much to my surprise, I discovered that the CSS/bootstrap is not functioning properly on Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Despite attempting various solutions found on Stack Overflow, none seem to resolve the issue. Can anyone identify what might be causing this problem?

It seems like the issue is not with your code, but rather with the Internet Explorer browser you are using. I tried accessing your site on IE 11 and it appears to be displaying correctly, as shown in the image below. https://i.sstatic.net/eWOxI.jpg
