Eclipse: Uploading a file without copying it to the workspace folder

Is it possible to seamlessly integrate the entire 'www' folder from Wamp into an Eclipse project for easier editing? I attempted to import the files into a Static Web Project in Eclipse, but it only created duplicate files. How can I open and sync all the 'www' files in Eclipse so any changes made in the IDE reflect immediately in the 'www' folder? It seems like a simple task, but when fatigue sets in at this time of day, everything becomes more challenging.
