Avoid using CSS styles when accessing the website from China

There seems to be an issue with one of our websites. Visitors from China are viewing the site without the CSS files, only the HTML. What could be causing this? Why is it only happening in China? Could there be restrictions in place, possibly for JavaScript or something else?

Answer №1

It's possible that a source file is being pulled from a server that is being blocked in China.

My recommendation is to download the file and host it on your own server. By doing this, you can avoid any potential blocks since your server is not affected. Additionally, be sure to manually update the file periodically to ensure that everything runs smoothly with no issues.
