Arrangement of cards in a column

As someone who is new to working with CSS, Wordpress, and similar technologies, I am seeking assistance.

I am struggling with creating card layouts. My goal is to achieve a layout similar to this, where the cards are displayed in two columns instead of just one column like in this. Despite my attempts to modify the code, I have been unsuccessful in achieving the desired outcome...

I would share pastebins for further context, but unfortunately, I do not have enough reputation points to post more than two links.

EDIT: Additional information and pastebins can be found in the comments section.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Answer №1

To assist you, we will need a sample of your code.

Let me guide you on implementing it with the bootstrap framework.

You can structure it like this:

<div>Business Strategy</div>
<div>Boosting Company</div>
<div>How High Growth...</div>
<div>Uk Company Dashboard</div>

Make sure to import the bootstrap CDN from this link:

http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/

Next, apply column grid classes to your divs and wrap them in a "row" div as shown below:

<div class="row">
   <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6" >Business Strategy</div>
   <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6">Boosting Company</div>
   <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6">How High Growth...</div>
   <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6">Uk Company Dashboard</div>
</div>

By using these classes, you specify how the divs should be displayed based on the screen size.

For beginners, following a tutorial like the one on W3CSchools for Bootstrap would be beneficial.

http://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/bootstrap_grid_basic.asp

This approach simplifies responsive design and is recommended for beginners.

Best of luck!
