Are you able to identify the contrast between my coding and the tutorial?

Can someone explain the differences between the code in my top navigation here and the one in this tutorial?

Aside from changing the menu id name, I've used the same HTML and CSS. Oddly, the menu on my site is not visible; it seems to be hidden somehow. Prior to being hidden, even the drop-down sub-menu under the "domains" tab wasn't working correctly, with the sub-menu items appearing inline with the other list items of the primary ul. I'm completely confused.

Answer №1

Ensure that the CSS code does not refer to the menu ID. If you have modified this, it is possible that the CSS is attempting to target that specific element by its old ID and cannot locate it anymore. In such a scenario, revise the CSS to incorporate your updated ID.
