Are the links drifting to the left?

Some of the links on my website seem to be misbehaving and not following the CSS rules, floating to the left unexpectedly. Strangely, it's only the links that are affected; the rest of the text appears fine. For example, you can observe this issue at under terms and conditions in mobile view, or on the Privacy Policy page, which states:

between you and Adsler.co.uk. By registering, you are agreeing that we will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
Terms and Conditions
and
Cookie Policy

Aside from these mischievous links, what could be causing this behavior and how can I fix it?

I found this HTML snippet using f12, which is the only potential cause I've identified so far. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide the CSS code as I'm uncertain about what's triggering the issue:

<div class= "entry-content" >
<p> Text <p>
<p dir="ltr">
Text...

Answer №1

The reason for this issue is that the display:block; property has been set on the anchor tag.

To resolve this, you can update the anchor property to display:inline-block; or override it with a class inherit.

.entry-content a
{
  display:inline-block;
}

I trust these changes will address the issue!
