Are Firefox and Internet Explorer experiencing issues with CSS rendering accurately?

Experiencing some problems with IE and Firefox CSS

Check it out in Chrome - it's displaying correctly there

But when you view it in IE or Firefox, it's acting strange.

Am I making a mistake somewhere?

You are encountering a conflict between 2 style sheets:

skeleton.css

style.css

To resolve this issue, update the skeleton.css to the latest version and test it on IE. I replaced your old version with the latest one and it worked successfully on IE.

It appears that your technique for clearing floats is ineffective.

In order to improve, I suggest studying various live website examples showcasing how headers are typically constructed. Currently, the layout and aesthetics of your header do not adhere to standard design conventions. It would be beneficial to align with common, extensively proven design practices for a more polished outcome.
