Applying CSS to both pop-up and desktop interfaces can be achieved through the use of media queries or alternative solutions

I am facing a dilemma where I need to display the same content on both a pop-up and desktop view. While I have already implemented media queries to adjust the content for desktop and mobile views, I am struggling with displaying the same content on a pop-up with different margins in the desktop view. Can you please assist me with a solution to achieve this? Thank you.

Answer №1

To customize the margin of a component, simply add a new margin value that will override the default setting based on the parent class - in this scenario, it would be the pop-up class.

If you prefer not to increase CSS specificity, consider adding a class modifier (such as component--big-margin) if following a CSS methodology like BEM.
