Whenever I click on a hyperlink, IE7 shifts the position of my navigation

My navigation is positioned absolutely to its relative parent. Although I used some hacks to make it work in IE7 and IE8, it's still not as smooth as the CSS3 code I used for FF/Chrome and Opera. The issue arises when clicking on an anchor in the menu, causing the entire navigation box to shift to the left. You can view the website here.

Everything functions correctly in IE8, but IE7 has been giving me a headache.

Thank you in advance.

Great news! I successfully resolved the issue by adjusting certain aspects of the IE7 CSS hack: specifically, changing the position to "relative" and the float to "right".
