What is the most efficient method to eliminate hidden margin/padding without resorting to overflow?

There is a mystery white space issue on this website that appears when viewing it on mobile with a smaller viewport. Despite my efforts, I cannot seem to locate the source of this problematic whitespace.

I have ruled out my own JavaScript as the culprit and suspect that it is CSS related. However, my search has been fruitless so far.

Can anyone uncover the culprit responsible for this sneaky white space on the right side of the page?

// This issue only occurs on mobile devices or when the viewport is reduced

Thank you! =)

The title may not perfectly fit the problem, but something like 'How do I eliminate this unknown margin?' felt too vague. So, here we are with this title instead.
