Variations in Website Appearance Across Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome

After completing the design of my website, I noticed that it appears differently on Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. Despite my best efforts, I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. Interestingly, Google Chrome displays it correctly, but Firefox and Internet Explorer do not. My version of Internet Explorer is 10 and Firefox is 29. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Firefox uses the Gecko Engine (Also known as Moz) - (Visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gecko_(software)

Opera operates with Presto (See: )

Therefore, variations between rendering engines are commonplace. This is why we adapt our css properties accordingly;

-webkit-border-radius /* For Webkit */
-moz-border-radius /* For Gecko */
-o-border-radius /* For Presto */
border-radius /* For IE9+ */

Certain older browsers such as Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 lack support for several CSS3 features. To enable these functionalities, one can utilize JS engines like html5shiv or modernizr.

Keep in mind that services like Initializr exist to provide starter templates compatible with nearly every browser.

Initializr:

Every web browser operates using its own unique rendering engine. This means that certain HTML elements, CSS styles, and other aspects of a webpage may be displayed differently or not at all depending on the browser's rendering engine.
