Using RGB color codes in both HTML and Photoshop applications

Currently, I am working on a basic landing page that has 5 different background versions. They are simple and flat in design. However, I have encountered an issue. When using the eyedropper tool in Photoshop to identify the RGB code of the backgrounds, the colors do not match exactly. While they appear perfect on my PC, they look different on other laptops or mobile phones. I have tried saving the backgrounds as JPG and PNG files, but the issue persists. Can someone assist me in finding a solution to this problem?

One way to optimize your image for the web is by using Photoshop's "Save for Web" feature.
