Could someone help me understand why my page is loading with the navbar pre-toggled down when I look at this code?
The navbar initially loads in the extended position, but then a click on the toggle button "refreshes" it to stay in the extended position. A second click retracts the navbar to the position that I would like it to be initialized in.
