Troublesome Zopim Widget Design Dilemma

After adding the Zopim widget code to the head section of my website, I found that it consistently loads with a black color theme, ignoring any color settings I try to apply. I've attempted to adjust the styles using CSS and Javascript, but so far nothing has worked. The website in question is: www.caferobot.ir/store1 (built on Magento).

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue.

Answer β„–1

To view the black background, utilize the class: content jx_ui_Widget, or the ID: ___$_11__content.

If you attempt to set the background to none or transparent, it is unlikely to have any effect. It is possible that the plugin is outdated, so consider installing a new or alternative plugin.

Answer β„–2

Have you ever experimented with utilizing the Zopim API?

// Here's an example snippet
$zopim(function() {
    $zopim.livechat.theme.setColors({badge: '#FFFFFF', primary: '#000000'});
    $zopim.livechat.theme.reload(); // applying new theme changes
});

Take a look at the Zopim Javascript API here

Additionally, it's worth noting that Zopim's live chat widget operates within an <iframe>, which means that any styles or scripts from its parent window won't impact it.

Answer β„–3

If you're looking to customize your Zopim widget, there is a tool available for that using the Zopim API. You can visit this link for more information:

Simply add the variables and colors you desire, then paste the generated code below your Zopim script to customize the widget for each specific site.
