Trouble encountered when attempting to override styles in Material UI's TableRow

I am attempting to customize Material UI's default styles in order to create a margin between each TableRow. Despite my efforts, it appears that the override is not being reflected in the user interface.

Answer №1

Overrides pertain to Theme settings, rather than styling settings.

To set margins for ALL table rows to 30px (consider using theme.padding(3.75) instead of explicitly defining it as 30px), you should establish it as an override in your Theme (refer to the globals documentation).

If you only need to apply the 30px margins to a specific table, you can simply utilize a standard CSS class.
