Tips for making a slanted rectangle similar to the example shown

Strategizing this symmetrically slanting rectangle shape has become a pressing matter during the website development process. While scouring the internet for solutions, I've come across various designs showcasing one-sided slants. However, my requirement calls for a double-sided slant which presents its own set of challenges.

Answer №1

Most of the code is accurate, with the exception of the slanted rectangle section. By incorporating a skew transform property, I was able to achieve the desired outcome.

 .block {
    display: flex;
    justify-content: center;
    transform: translateY(3.3rem);
}
.line {
    transform: translateY(5rem);
    border: 1px solid black;
}
.subscribe {
    width: 200px;
    height: 50px;
    background-color: black;
    color: white;
    display: flex;
    justify-content: center;
    align-items: center;
    font-size: 1.5rem;
    font-style: italic;
    transform: skew(-20deg);
    text-transform: uppercase;
}
<div class="line"></div>
<div class="block">
    <div class="subscribe">Subscribe</div>
</div>
