Your CSS stylesheet, located at css/style.css, contains a conflicting style that is causing the issue.
Once I remove that stylesheet, everything functions properly as expected.
Not quite sure where you obtained that code, but you may want to consider replacing it with this link: http://www.google.com/webmasters/+1/button/
