The position of the carousel items changes unpredictably

My jQuery carousel consists of 6 individual items scrolling horizontally. Although the scroll function is working correctly, I have noticed that 2 of the items are randomly changing their vertical position by approximately 15 pixels.

Upon reviewing the HTML code, everything seems fine to me. I'm unsure of what else could be triggering this issue?

Answer №1

To fix the issue, simply delete the p tag following the initial li element.

<p style="width: 320px;"></p>

Answer №2

It is uncertain if this specific paragraph holds any significance within your code. However, it seems to lack a clear purpose and eliminating it could potentially resolve the issue you have described.
