The images are not appearing on the browser

None of the programs are showing any images for some unknown reason.

<img src=""  width="" height="" alt="" >

It was working fine just a couple days ago. Am I overlooking something? Has there been a recent change in syntax? The page is loading everything else except the images.

I have used Sublime Text and Visual Studio. I even tried opening it in Opera and Chrome. Still, nothing appears !!!!!
