The characters 'AE' seem to merge into a single character when viewed in Safari

I created a landing page at

When I view this page in a web browser, the H1 heading displays correctly:

However, when I view it on Safari on iOS or OSX, the H1 heading shows the AE characters as one combined character:

I have tried debugging, but I can't figure out the reason behind this issue. Any suggestions?

It appears that the unique feature you are noticing is characteristic of the "Vanitas" font. For more information on this font and how it is intended to display, you can visit this website. It seems that the transformation from "AE" to "Æ" is intentional in this font. If you are looking for a different rendering, I would recommend trying a different font.
