The border shifts slightly by 1 pixel

Following the initial page load, I've observed that the borders of the 2nd and 3rd items are shifting by 1px to the left.

In an attempt to replicate the issue in the provided snippet below, everything appears to be working fine (indicating another factor may be causing the problem). I prefer not to share all of my code, but I'm wondering if anyone can pinpoint what might be triggering this bug?

An image illustrating the problem has been included. Interestingly, when viewing the page source, the issue corrects itself (the borders realign) or simply hovering over the element does the same.

Reduce the dimensions by 10% in each iteration. It could have a positive impact.
