Styling and Script Files on a JQuery Mobile Website

Is it necessary to include CSS and JS files in every HTML page for a mobile site developed with JQueryMobile?

<link rel="stylesheet" href="http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.2.0/jquery.mobile-1.2.0.min.css" />
<script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.8.2.min.js"></script>
<script src="http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.2.0/jquery.mobile-1.2.0.min.js"></script>

I couldn't find mention of this requirement in the documentation, or perhaps I overlooked it.

It is important to have a single HTML document containing a <div data-role="page"> for each page required by your application. You can refer to the source code of Multi-page template for more information.

<html>
   <head>
     <meta charset="utf-8">
     <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
     <title>Multi-page template</title>

     <!-- Include CSS and JS files here -->
     <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.2.0/jquery.mobile-1.2.0.min.css" />
     <script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.8.2.min.js"></script>
     <script src="http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.2.0/jquery.mobile-1.2.0.min.js"></script>
   </head>

   <body>
     <div data-role="page" id="first">
       <!-- Content for first page goes here -->
     </div>

     <div data-role="page" id="second">
       <!-- Content for second page goes here -->
     </div>
  </body>
</html>
