Stop the erratic movement of elements in Chrome

Visit the following link: . Upon loading the page in Chrome, there seems to be a slight movement of every other element between the title and lyrics (including key selector and links). The same issue occurs when hovering over these sections. It appears to be linked to opacity and/or CSS transitions.

Interestingly, this problem is specific to Chrome and does not occur in FireFox, Opera, or IE. I'm puzzled by what could be causing this as it functions smoothly in other browsers.

Could there be an error in my CSS or markup? Or perhaps it's a bug in Chrome itself? How can this be prevented from happening? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Update your font declaration as follows:

body, input, textarea, select {
    font: 100% 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Liberation Sans', FreeSans, sans-serif;
}

It appears that all your elements are adjusting based on the previous scaling with measurements in em.

My interpretation might not be completely accurate, but this solution should resolve the issue :)
