Simplifying HTML/CSS tasks with effective tools

Looking to create a user-friendly web interface for company employees without spending too much time on design and markup. The end result doesn't have to be fancy, just clean HTML/CSS.

Any suggestions for tools or techniques to streamline this process? Whether it's a WYSIWYG editor or some other method, I'm open to trying anything. Thank you in advance.

There's something special about writing code by hand - it results in clean, simple, and valid HTML and CSS with a touch of semantic structure.

If you're not too concerned with semantics, using a CSS framework could be an option to streamline some layout tasks. While I personally prefer hand-coding, many developers find frameworks like Blueprint and 960.gs quite helpful.

TinyMCE provides users with exceptionally clean HTML formatting, even when copying and pasting from Word documents.

Test out TinyMCE here

Implementing TinyMCE is simple, but if you're looking for a content management system, consider using WordPress as it is highly effective for basic websites.
