Move Picture with Click (like the action on Google Maps)

Currently on the lookout for some code that will enable me to manipulate a floor plan in a manner reminiscent of the one showcased at

whitehouse.gov

I am in the process of coding a website that would benefit from integrating a similar function with their own floor plan. Is it possible to achieve this using CSS or jQuery?

The concept is to have clickable links that will trigger movement in the image accordingly. If anyone knows of any existing code or tutorials I could utilize, your assistance would be greatly valued.

Many thanks.

Want a smooth scrolling effect? Check out Jquery ScrollTo for your solution!

All you need to do is place your image inside a div with hidden overflow (specific dimensions), then set specific coordinates to scroll when clicking on designated elements.
