Looking for help with HTML and CSS coding

Hey there, I'm currently working on designing an eBay template for a store and have run into an issue with the sidebar placement.

If you take a look at this screenshot here: https://i.sstatic.net/IjKvD.png, you'll see that the sidebar is positioned on the right side but I would like it to be placed all the way up.

To ensure that the entire navigation bar is not overridden, set the encompassing div with position: absolute as the first item in your CSS.
