To create a scrollable list, apply the .scrollable-ul class to your ul element and set a height in your CSS. You can add a scroll bar using overflow-y: auto.
.scrollable-ul { overflow-y: auto; height: 60px; }
<ul class="scrollable-ul">
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<li>Item</li>
<ul>
